How do I join my friends’ trip?
Open the invitation link you were sent, or scan the QR code with your camera. You can also enter the 8-character code in the app, using “Join a trip”.
How do I invite my friends?
In your trip, open “Invite”: share the link in your group chat, have the QR code scanned, or read out the code. Everyone just picks their first name.
How are repayments calculated?
Each expense says who paid and for whom. Traveli works out everyone’s balance, then suggests the minimum number of transfers so that everyone is even. Our guide to splitting costs explains the method in detail.
I’m not getting the confirmation email
Check your spam folder, and make sure the address you entered is right. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, write to us.
I’ve forgotten my password
On the login screen, enter your email then tap “Forgot password?”. You’ll receive a link to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap your profile then “Delete my account”. It’s immediate and permanent. The details are in our privacy policy.
Is it free?
Yes. Organising a trip and inviting your friends is free.
